This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through PulpMiner, a product owned and operated by PulpTech.
1. Credit-Based Model
PulpMiner operates on a credit-based model. All purchases are in the form of usage credits, which allow access to features and API generation within the platform. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as outlined below or required by applicable law.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).
- You did not receive the credits you purchased.
- There were technical issues on our end that prevented the proper use of the service and were not resolved within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not provide refunds for credits already used or for dissatisfaction with output, as editable previews are available prior to finalizing an API endpoint.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If your plan includes a subscription component, you may cancel at any time. However, any unused credits or time remaining in the billing cycle are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@pulpminer.com and include your transaction ID and a brief explanation of the issue. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
